VAIRIFY Terms and Conditions

1. Operator and agreement

These proposed Terms govern use of VAIRIFY. Operator: [OPEN: actual legal entity, registration details and address]. Effective date and document version: [OPEN]. The Privacy and Cookies Notices explain their respective subjects; their review status and unresolved fields must be resolved before publication.

2. Adult eligibility and accurate information

VAIRIFY is intended for users aged 18 or older, or the applicable higher age of majority. Users must provide accurate registration information and keep required information current. Community Preview is simulated enrollment marked TRIAL—NOT VERIFIED. It does not establish verified identity or age, run outside background screening, collect credential payment or create production signatures. Preview access does not authorize unlawful conduct or access by minors. [OPEN: approved eligibility enforcement and incidental minor-data handling.]

3. ChainPass and platform requirements

ChainPass administers verification and VAIRIFY’s configured requirements. The external verification provider holds the government identity used for live verification. VAIRIFY receives the permitted credential and assurance; it does not perform an additional identity verification. A V.A.I. number alone does not establish active live access or completion of VAIRIFY’s requirements. Existing genuinely verified users must complete the destination platform’s Terms and missing requirements; permissions do not automatically transfer between platforms.

4. Registration and signing

After V.A.I. creation and display, registration presents VAIRIFY’s Terms and required fields. Successful OTP confirms the selected contact channel. The standing Signature Agreement and applicable documents have separate affirmative acceptances. One final successful facial confirmation binds the exact accepted document versions and hashes with their separate acceptance records and a common verification record. A face match alone does not sign a document. Revised wording cannot change a previously completed signed record. Preview acknowledgements are mock records, not production signatures.

5. Credential security and access

Keep your credential, recovery information and account access secure. Do not share or sell your V.A.I. or allow another user to perform a facial check for you. Follow the governed access and recovery process when access fails. Contact OTP alone is insufficient for individual facial-access recovery; required recovery steps remain distinct from facial verification and signing. Report suspected account misuse to support@vairify.io.

6. Geographic requirements and declarations

VAIRIFY applies requirements using the governed actual-country rules, not a selected travel destination. Both devices independently determine country for a two-user flow; the scanner determines the shared country if their results disagree. United States use requires the applicable Law Enforcement Affiliation Declaration. That declaration records a user’s answers, not independent verification of employment or affiliation. Its governing form requires true, complete and nonmisleading answers, updates within 24 hours of a status change and annual renewal. 7. Mutual consent

An encounter’s Mutual Consent Contract must reflect each participating user’s own affirmative choices and the exact document accepted. A signed encounter record is not advance permission for every activity. Consent may be withheld or withdrawn, and users must respect the other user’s boundaries and applicable law. No credential, booking, payment, relationship or earlier agreement replaces ongoing consent. [OPEN: final review of geographically conditional declaration-answer wording.]

8. DateGuard

DateGuard is permanently free and uncapped. Guardians must accept their invitation before selection and do not need a VAIRIFY account or V.A.I. Timed arming records an activation location fix and optional session note or photo. During an alarm, selected guardians receive the governed information and timestamped position updates when available. An activation fix is not represented as a current live position. Unarmed panic attempts location without delaying the alert while waiting for it. Location and message delivery depend on available device permissions and connectivity; the feature cannot guarantee intervention or a particular outcome.

Only the real deactivation code safely ends an active emergency. A decoy code does not end it. Real safe deactivation deletes governed positions, session photos and the session note. Guardian chat follows its separate closure or configured post-crisis deletion window. Standing instructions and codes are separate. Copies already received by guardians are outside the platform cleanup guarantee. [OPEN: verified deployed cleanup, backups and post-crisis window.]

9. Reviews and disputes

Submit reviews honestly and follow the applicable review and dispute process. Do not fabricate encounters, manipulate ratings, impersonate another user or use reviews to threaten or extort. These Terms do not prohibit honest negative reviews merely because they criticize the service. At conversion to genuine live enrollment, attributable Preview encounters, reviews and their aggregate effects are removed while the same V.A.I. and other permitted content are preserved. 10. User content and private information

Share only content you are entitled to share. Respect other users’ privacy and do not publish their private information without authority. Private encrypted notes are for the owning user. Deliberate Chat location sharing is a one-recipient snapshot; it does not enable continuous Chat tracking. 11. Lawful conduct

Do not use VAIRIFY for exploitation, trafficking, coercion, abuse involving minors, fraud, impersonation, threats or other unlawful activity. Users remain responsible for their own conduct and compliance with applicable law. [OPEN: final reporting, moderation, appeal and preservation procedures.] No platform feature grants an exemption from law.

12. Bookings, payment tools and connected services

Users remain responsible for the terms they actually agree for a booking and the lawful provision of their services. VAIriPay supplies the governed payment QR tool; it is not represented here as a payment processor. Social Dispatch requires the governed user action and does not imply automatic publication. Optional calendar sharing follows the user’s chosen action. Third-party services have their own applicable terms. 13. Prices and benefits

Any applicable price, currency, term and included benefits must be shown before purchase. Community Preview collects no credential payment. VAIRIFY’s approved one-time sponsored 48-hour courtesy starts only on explicit activation, is once per user for life and does not reassign the lifelong V.A.I. when it expires. Credential renewal, document expiry and outside-verification scheduling remain distinct. [OPEN: final offered plans, taxes, renewal/cancellation/refund terms and billing evidence. No fixed historical price or absolute no-refund rule is adopted.]

14. Restrictions and service changes

A user’s private block is distinct from platform access restriction and ChainPass credential suspension. [OPEN: approved grounds, notice, review/appeal, urgent restriction procedures and account closure effects.] Changes to these Terms require the governed acceptance of the exact new version; they do not alter earlier signed records. Describe material service changes accurately and preserve rights required by applicable law.

15. Privacy and formal requests

Data handling is described in the completed Privacy and Cookies Notices. A platform-held session key is stored in its separately encrypted vault and does not confer unrestricted access to government identity. Identification retrieval requires the governed verified formal-request process and applicable law. 16. Legal limitations and disputes
