KYC proves your user is real. ChainPass keeps one photo and a seven-character number. The seven-part creation journey.
KYC validates your user’s government ID and uses a live image to verify the user belongs to that ID, proving your user is real.
From the verification process, ChainPass receives only the verified photo that proves your user is real.
A unique seven-character number is linked to the verified photo.
The verified photo and number form a V.A.I. Your platform uses the number to identify your user. ChainPass uses the photo to confirm that the user presenting that number is the verified user it belongs to.
Your platform defines the agreement. ChainPass presents it, records the user’s acceptance, and binds that acceptance to their verified identity and the exact document they accepted.
You define what your platform needs. ChainPass administers the requirements, connects the results to the verified credential, and supplies the assurance your platform can act on.
ChainPass returns your user to your platform and sends the V.A.I. number and session key through a secure server-to-server handoff. Your platform can now use the V.A.I. to confirm the same user whenever verification is needed.
